9th ANNUAL GOLF OUTING Want to print the golf outing flyer? Click Here This years golf outing is at Mercer Oaks on Monday October 3rd, 2011. 11:00 AM shotgun start Cost per golfer is $135 or $540 for foursome Fee includes: greens fees, lunch at the turn, cocktail party, dinner and a chance to win some great door prizes! Payment is due by 9/20/11. Payment after this date is $145 per golfer or $580 per foursome. Please email: mhepperlen@ecnime.com Basic Hole Sponsor $125 Your company name will be prominently displayed on a 24 x 24 sign. Basic hole sponsorship does not allow anyone to sit at the hole. The following sponsorship opportunities allow for the most visibility during the outing and also include dinner for one company representative. Additional representatives are $50 per person for dinner. Beverage Hole Sponsor (2 available) $300 As the sponsor you are allowed to sit at the hole to greet the golfers and pass out beverages. Beverages are supplied by the course. Contest Sponsors (9 available) $350
Sponsorship for each of the above contests is $350.00; CJCA will provide the prize for each winner. If you sponsor one of the contest holes you may have company representation at the hole. Your company name will be prominently displayed on a 24 x 24 sign and you are welcome to give away promotional items at hole (tees, balls, towels, pretzels, cigars, but no alcohol). Lunch Sponsor $500 At the turn, lunch will be provided for all golfers; you may have a company representative at the turn to greet golfers and distribute give-aways.We will have your company name and logo prominently displayed on a 36 x 36 color sign in the lunch area. Cocktail Hour Sponsor $500 At the end of the outing we will have a cocktail party before dinner is served. This is a great opportunity to mix and mingle with everyone. We will have your company name and logo prominently displayed on a 36 x 36 color sign in the cocktail area. Dinner Sponsor $750 After a long day on the course and cocktails we will have a buffet dinner for all. This is the time when all prize announcements and giveaways will take place.
